Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, email studio@avanor.shop with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Avanor reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
